About This Pipeline

This is the fixed pipeline for MVP. Candidates progress through stages only when the recruiter completes a task. The recruiter can also override any candidate's state at any time using the "Override State" button on the candidate profile. All state transitions are recorded in the immutable audit trail with full snapshots.
